The company has parallel structures in Spain, Chile, China and Vietnam that work together in an integrated manner. Each project has a responsible Project Manager in one of the four countries, depending on the nature of the service, with support staff in one or more country directly reporting to him/her. For some services outside consultants may also be contracted.

In China the company has a permanent presence in Peking and two other strategic locations: the regions of Shanghai and Shenzhen-Guangzhou.
